What is included in a preventative maintenance plan?

Our plans include quarterly, biannual, or annual visits where we clean coils, check refrigerant levels, inspect gaskets and hardware, clear drain lines, and provide a full system status report for your records.

Why is a maintenance plan better than "on-call" repairs?

Regular maintenance extends the life of your equipment, ensures food safety compliance, and catches small issues before they become expensive emergency breakdowns. Preferred clients also receive priority service status.

How often should my ice machine be cleaned?

For most commercial environments, we recommend professional deep cleaning and water filter replacement at least every 6 months to ensure sanitary conditions and prevent scale buildup.

Absolutely. We provide turnkey installations, from initial design and consulting to final assembly and code-compliant startup. We specialize in custom-sized boxes and climate-controlled wine storage.

We are factory-authorized to service and install leading brands, including Hoshizaki, True, Continental, Follett, Everpure, and many others.

Do you sell commercial refrigeration equipment?

Yes, we are a factory-authorized provider for reach-in coolers, freezers, ice makers, and storage bins. We can help you select energy-efficient models that qualify for local rebates.

Why is my walk-in cooler leaking water?
